Deux Blancs means "two whites". Made from 50% Semillon and 50% Sauvignon Blanc fermented in aged French oak barrels in the style of the classic white wines of Boudreaux. 2022 The Wild Rose
Made from 100% Hawkes Ridge Tempranillo. This is a lovely vibrant dark pink colour, with aromas of fresh picked plum, cream and dark cherry. On the palate there is a pleasing combination of Plum, dark cherry, and a touch of caramel. It is crisp and refreshing with a lasting fruit sweetness. RRP $22 per bottle |
2021 Pinot Noir
This classic Burgundy variety shines in the Hawkes Ridge vineyard. It was hand tended and picked and then aged in French oak for 10 months. This is an elegant wine with vanilla, strawberry and cherry flavours. The oak is well integrated and it has a velvety smooth finish. RRP $30 per bottle SOLD OUT - 2024 Vintage coming soon! 
2019 Grand Reserve Tempranillo This wine has matured for 30 months in new French, American and Iberian oak barrels. The resulting wine is very concentrated with rich dark plum and berry fruit flavours supported by a silky but complex tannin structure. Only 2000 bottles produced RRP $70 per bottle |
2019 Reserve Tempranillo
Hawkes Ridge Tempranillo has a deep, rich red colour with aromas of black cherry, candied spice and vanilla. On the palate it has rich dark fruit and a subtle peppery finish. This wine will reward careful cellaring for the enthusiast, but is drinking well now for those with less patience. RRP $40 per bottle 
2021 Merlot
This classic French Bordeaux variety thrives in the long hot summers of Hawkes Bay. It was hand tended and picked, gently fermented then aged in predominantly French barrels for 16 months. The resulting wine shows classic Merlot characteristics of plum, dark berry fruit with a long and gentle finish RRP $25 per bottle |
2023 Rouge du Gabrielle This wine is named after the devastating Cyclone Gabrielle which affected everyone in the Hawke's Bay. This originated from playing the hand we were dealt in this incredibly difficult vintage. Happily, it has given us a very fruit foward lighter red wine that we serve chilled. Made from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Tempranillo. RRP $ 25 per bottle |
2024 Syrah This is a lighter style Syrah from the Terrace face at Hawkes Ridge. It has a beautiful and elegant nose and that follows through on the palate with good complexity. Dark berry, with a hint of licorice and black pepper. RRP $30 per bottle |
2016 Late Harvest Viognier
Very rich but true to Viognier's varietal characteristics of apricot and stonefruit. This wine has perfectly balance acidity to counteract the sweetness. RRP $45 per bottle |
