2011 Noble Viognier
This is an intensely sweet wine. Look for aromas of apricot marmalade, raisins, butterscotch and vanilla with a hint of the classic fusel character expected from great Botrytrised wines. This wine is delicious and will have the cellaring potential of the great Sauternes.

The Hawkes Ridge Merlot is made from hand selected, high quality grapes from the Hawke's Bay. It was then barrel aged for 15 months in predominantly French barriques. This resulted in a Merlot with dark berry and plum flavours, with silky tannins and lush fruit sweetness.
