The Hawkes Ridge Rose is a true Spanish/French collobaration. The Spanish grape Tempranillo and French grape Viongier were fermented together to create this wine. It has aromas of freshly picked cherries and strawberries. On the palate it is crisp and refreshing with watermelon and subtle strawberries and cream.
FOOD MATCH: An ideal wine for summer drinking with barbeques and salads, or simply by itself.
